I need a holiday too
In an old flaxmill in the part of Brittany usually called the Pink Granite Coast a British couple created 5 wheelchairaccessible appartments. Three smaller ones with two bedrooms, two larger. A lot of equipment is available on request. Care can also be provided. If you don’t want to drive over yourself arrangements can be made to be picked up at nearby ports, airports or stations. An accessible rental car can be arranged for trips in the area. There is a large sunny terrace, shared with al the guests, with a barbeque, and a riverside garden.

Hotel Anne de Bretagne
The hotel is nicely situated, centrally in the city. The room is spacious but the accessibility won’t suit everyone. The room has a separate sleeping and sitting area, with fridge. The washbasin in the bathroom is easy to reach, the wetroom spacious. However, it isn’t possible to park in front of the hotel, you have to ask reception to have the ramp over the steps lowered, you have to go through a heavy door to reach the bedrooms, the bed is too close to the bathroomdoor which will not open completely, the toilet in the bathroom is in a niche, which makes aided transfers difficult. However, there is a wheelchair toilet in the corridor near the room.
L’Orée de l’Océan
Lovely B&B a few miles outside Concarneau. The B&B is in one of a few converted barns on a working farm. The accessible room on the ground floor is quite big and spacious. Some people might find the bed a bit on the low side. The bathroom has grabrails next to the toilet and a wheel in shower next to it. The very friendly owner, who only speaks French though, serves an extensive breakfast every morning in the very spacious kitchen on the other side of the entrance hall. You can cook yourself something to eat there in the evening. There is also a seating area with a tv. However, the kitchen is shared with the other guests.
